Paper Submission Guidelines
- Submit original, unpublished work only and comply with IEEE's anti-plagiarism policy.
- Manuscripts must follow the IEEE conference template (A4, two-column) and be maximum 6 pages including figures and references.
- Use the official IEEE templates: IEEE Conference Manuscript Templates.
- Submit via CMT: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/TQCEBT2026. Edits allowed until the deadline; late submissions are not accepted.
Authors Guidelines
- Select the most appropriate conference track/theme when submitting.
- Write in clear academic English; ensure accurate author names and affiliations.
- Format figures, tables, and references per IEEE style.
- At least one author must register and present the accepted paper.
- Each accepted paper requires a separate registration.

Presentation Guidelines
- Conference dates: 9th - 11th April 2026, CHRIST University, Pune - Lavasa.
- Suggested slot: 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A (follow the session chair's instructions).
- Upload/Email your slides in PPT/PPTX or PDF as instructed; carry a backup on a USB drive.
- Use large, readable fonts; prefer visuals, figures, and flowcharts over dense text.
- Arrive at least 10 minutes early to your session for setup and checks.
- Remote presentations (if permitted) will be coordinated separately with joining details.
Session chairs will manage time strictly. Outstanding talks may be considered for presentation awards.
